JOB DESCRIPTION:

-  Handle monthly payroll report, SHUI declarations, PIT declarations, PIT finalization and other HR services (obtaining work permit, obtain SI code,. ..) to clients

-  Make reconciliation relating to monthly payment, SHUI contributions, PIT liabilities for clients

-  Handle labor contracts, termination procedure to clients

-  Work with the local authorities in resolving pending issues, differences and disputes

-  Ensure the relevant HR legal compliance is up to date, accurate and implementing applicable VN HR requirements

-  Others task will be assigned by HR Consultancy Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent MS Word & Excel skills

-  Ability to thrive in a high-pressured support environment

-   Have from 1 year above working experience in HR

-  Conversational English

-  Professionalism; Honest

-   A high level of confidentiality

-  Good communication skills, both written and verbal

-  The flexibility and willingness to learn

-  The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail

-  Team work

JOB BENEFITS:

- Working day: Mon - Fri
