JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Account Manager will lead the sales, business development and ownership for deal pursuit to grow the Industrial Inkjet (IIJ) Direct to Textile (DTF) market in Vietnam. The role will be responsible for direct customer engagement, sales pipeline growth and account management of the DTF short and mid-term business goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Demonstrate high level account management and sales leadership to achieve growth for the IIJ DTF market.
- Strong ability to build client relationship and consultative sales skills preferably in Industrial Inkjet and Textile market.
- Support Regional Manager to drive sales initiatives, provide strong support to ensure all business engagements are performed to regional directions and compliance with country laws and regulations.
- Provide Market Intelligence and Reporting to build market database, customer profiles and provide update for sales funnel and deal opportunities in customer relationship management system on continued basis.
- Drive and support marketing initiatives and customer business engagements, seminars/event and webinars, working with regional team for local business development activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree or relevant studies;
- Minimum 5 years Sales and Business Development experience, preferably in Traditional or Digital Textile and/or Industrial Printing market;
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital industrial printing market, preferably in Textile market;
- Experience in Direct Sales to Industrial customer and able to work independently, strong collaboration with team members and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills with Good Command of English;
- Preferably with working experience from Printing Industry in a multi-national company setting;
- Ability to build strong customer relationship and be a Trusted Advisor to ensure the customers’ needs are identified and incorporated in sales engagements. Demonstrate positive and strong winning mindset capable to drive KPI for sales and business outcomes with a proven track records in sales.
