JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement to successful deal with new and existing customers;
❖ Conduct sales meeting to customers both in person or over a video conference;
❖ Build a network and identify business opportunities by attending industry events;
❖ Become an expert and a trusted advisor on our products;
❖ Manage customer data on the CRM system;
❖ Work alongside various teams to develop product and strategies to aid the Customer;
❖ You will work with a foreigner manager and oversea collaborators;
❖ Based in HCMC, you will frequently visit customers in Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Hanoi areas with project to develop opportunities in nearby country (Cambodia);
❖ International travel can be required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE

❖ Strong experience in B2B Sales with a proven track record – minimum 10 years experience;

❖ Fluent in both spoken and written English (Chinese is a ++);

❖ Ability to work within a small team, able to interact and collaborate with all levels in the organization whilst also being able to work autonomously;

❖ Smart, determined, ambitious to conquer new challenges (to win deals);
❖ Good negotiation, time management, presentation and problem-solving skills;

❖ Ability to organize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;

GOOD TO HAVE
❖ Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments;

❖ Background in international trade; wood products; furniture industry; commodity trading;

❖ Knowledge of import/export logistic process over a supply chain;

❖ Intellectually curious and able to understand worldwide economy movements and markets dynamics.
