JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collecting financial data and preparing accounting reports in formats required by clients
Thu thập dữ liệu tài chính và lập báo cáo kế toán theo định dạng mà khách hàng yêu cầu
- Gathering and verifying accounting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Thu thập và kiểm tra chứng từ kế toán để đảm bảo tính chính xác và đầy đủ
- Recording accounting entries into the accounting system
Ghi nhận các bút toán kế toán vào hệ thống kế toán
- Preparing monthly financial statements and accounting books
Lập báo cáo tài chính hàng tháng và sổ sách kế toán
- Compiling and submitting periodic tax reports in accordance with current regulations
Tổng hợp và nộp báo cáo thuế định kỳ theo đúng quy định hiện hành
- Issuing invoices and ensuring proper documentation
Xuất hóa đơn và đảm bảo chứng từ hợp lệ
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan
- Having experience in accounting
Có kinh nghiệm ở mảng kế toán
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt là Excel
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và hợp tác tốt
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Khả năng giao tiếp và xây dựng mối quan hệ hiệu quả
