JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representatives based in Hochiminh to lead and grow our business in the Electronic components, IC chips, and electrical sub-materials sector. The role is remote-based and focuses on identifying opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Eletronics components, chip-level electronics, and automotive/industrial electronic sub-materials.

- Identify and develop new B2B customers in relevant industries (OEMs, EMS, manufacturers, etc.).

- Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Understand and communicate technical specifications of electronic materials/products to clients.

- Coordinate with internal teams (product, logistics, technical support) to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer support.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in B2B sales in the electronics, IC chips, or semiconductor components industry.

- Strong understanding of electronic parts distribution or sourcing (e.g., PCB, IC, capacitors, connectors).

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Native Vietnamese.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

- Based in Hochiminh with ability to travel for customer visits when necessary.
