JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate and support the development of new products, including umbrellas, bags, and coats, from concept to production.
- Work closely with factory teams to ensure samples and production meet design and quality requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers in English regarding product specifications, materials, and timelines.
- Monitor the product development schedule and ensure timely completion of sampling and approval stages.
- Act as a Quality Control to maintain product quality and resolve technical issues (Candidate with no experience in QC will be trained)
- Keep records of sample developments, material usage, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in sourcing and grow business as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Garment Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product development, preferably in garment or bag manufacturing.
- Experience working directly at factories is required.
- Experience in Quality Control (QC) is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
