JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Shoe Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all footwear products meet the company’s quality standards throughout the development and production process. This role involves inspecting materials, evaluating workmanship, and monitoring the entire production flow—from commercialization to final shipment—to guarantee compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections at different production stages to ensure all shoes meet approved standards for appearance, construction, and functionality.
- Review development and pre-production samples, ensuring accuracy in materials, measurements, colors, and workmanship before mass production.
- Work closely with the development and commercialization teams to identify and resolve potential issues before production begins.
- Verify that all technical specifications and customer requirements are properly implemented during the manufacturing process.
- Follow up on sample developments and ensure timely approval in line with production schedules.
- Document inspection results, report non-conformities, and provide clear feedback to factories and relevant departments.
- Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure continuous improvement in product quality and consistency.
- Support the commercialization process by confirming that pre-production conditions and corrective actions are fully completed before bulk production.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shoe inspection, production, or commercialization within the footwear industry.
- Strong understanding of footwear production processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively at factory sites.
- Fluent in English
