JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, other provinces.

  • Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies targeting cement plants, mining operations, and power generation facilities.
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of industrial clients while actively acquiring new customers.
  • Promote and sell industrial products and solutions, including conveyors, power transmission systems, chains, belts, gearboxes, drives, castings, and welding consumables.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives in assigned territories.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years B2B industrial sales/marketing in cement/mining/power or conveyors/power transmission (chains, belts, gearboxes, drives, castings, welding electrodes,  etc)
  • Proven wins selling to cement plants; existing plant network preferred
  • Strong negotiation and tendering experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel 50–70%
  • Nice-to-have: can read technical drawings/specs; Mechanical/Industrial Engineering preferred

JOB BENEFITS:

  • Base: negotiable depending on experience
  • Commission: 3% of sales value on direct sales to cement plants (per policy)
  • Travel: Expenses reimbursed; per diem per company policy
  • Allowances: Phone/work tools as needed
  • Benefits: Social/health insurance per law; 13th‑month bonus per policy
