JOB DESCRIPTION:

On-site coordination with client's partner garment factory, production schedule tracking and delay reporting, pre-shipment line checks, liaising with factory staff and client's Korea HQ, coordinating with third-party inspection agencies (not performing inspections directly). We're looking for someone who takes ownership — flagging problems before being asked, admitting mistakes honestly and offering a solution right away rather than shifting blame, negotiating with factories using real data rather than simply accepting or refusing demands, being clear about what is confirmed versus still uncertain, and organizing information in a way that lets us make quick decisions from Korea.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of hands-on production management experience in the garment/denim industry — factory floor experience, not desk-based only
Working knowledge of denim sewing, washing, and finishing processes
Experience handling production incidents/troubleshooting (defects, delayed shipments, claims, etc.)
Existing network/ familiarity with factories in the Hanoi areas
Ability to build and maintain production management sheets and provide daily progress reports
Experience with local procurement of trims/materials, and import-export documentation (customs, Bill of Lading, packing lists)
Strong written English, able to handle business email correspondence independently
Prior experience working with a Korean vendor/trading company

JOB BENEFITS:

Interview rounds: We'll do an initial resume screening on our side. Face to face interview will be final round.
Working hours: Flexible — this role is hybrid, so remote work days are flexible, but on factory visit days, the candidate should follow the factory's standard working hours.
Employee policy: This will be a freelance/service contract — a fixed monthly fee, without standard allowances, bonuses, or a formal labor contract. That said, we're open to discussing specific terms directly with the selected candidate.
