JOB DESCRIPTION:

- At least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the automotive sector in a similar role. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in negotiations (pricing, delays, etc.).

- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Significant involvement in supply chain and project management, including resourcing and transferring parts between branches.

- Skilled in analyzing customer demand and requirements.

- Experience in both supply chain and commercial functions, or a strong interest in developing in both areas. Experience in one of the 2 functions is required

- The role involves managing a large volume of information, coordinating with 3 sites of in China, Vietnam, and Europe

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Master or minimum bachelor degree or equal by experience

- Preferably, the person is based in Hanoi (where the Vinfast office is located), with production located in Haiphong. The candidate can work from anywhere but must be present in Hanoi at least once a week; on other days the person will work from home

- The person needs to be comfortable with a one-year contract that will be prolonged every year.

- Willingness to travel (both domestic and oversea) as needed.

- Solution-oriented, proactive, and able to find creative solutions without assigning blame.

- Resilient and motivated, even when facing setbacks.

- Fluent and outgoing, with the ability to generate additional business opportunities.

- Highly structured and independent, as the person will be the only team member in Vietnam but will receive support from colleagues in other countries.

- Good level of English is required as this person will be in contact with other locations in Asia and Europe.
