Under current regulations, the Employer take responsibilities for implementing occupational hygiene management method, caring about the Employee’s health, and conducting periodic occupational health report.

• Before 05 July 2026

2. Submission Authority

• Health Center of the ward where the employer’s head office is based.

3. Reporting Form

Appendix 8 issued together with Circular No. 19/2016/TT-BYT.
