2016 BENEFITS & TRENDS

AON has just shared the report on Employee Benefits and Trends in 2016. This report is based on the survey conducted by AON made in the past 7 years with 200+ respondents in a variety of areas such as: Health & wellbeing, Online/flexible benefits, Total reward, Benefit communications, Pensions and Financial, Education.

The survey used an online questionnaire made available through outbound emails as well as on social media channels. Respondents could choose to complete as many questions as was suitable to their arrangements. The questions were a mixture of tick-box, rating, multiple choice, and free text.
