Service scopes are as following but not limited to:

• Daily arrange and monitor vehicle progress according to requests received from the OPS team (mainly vehicles exchanging containers with China), check the condition of empty cont to ensure eligibility for container exchange, contact with China and Lang Son OPS team and vendors to handle issues that arise before, after and during the container exchange process.
• Monitor costs related to container cranes outside the cargo flow and container repair costs incurred between related parties.
• Monitor Company logo cont that is kept by company in Vietnam, and make a weekly report.
• Make monthly booking reports, and prepare domestic goods lists, service lists, and customer collection declarations.
• Input FAST, CBTS(with costs related to CN partner)
• According to fleet management policy make the fuel table weekly report and driving trip salary.
• Work with fleet team leader to monitor vehicle fleet costs, complete advance application and reimbursement docs, prepare invoices to disburse operating costs of the fleet, and send them to accountants.
• Collect and arrange POD to send to designated customers...
• Checking the docs (including: Commercial invoice, packing list, Sales contract, Certificate of origin, Importing and exporting license, and other docs that essential for doing customs clearance)
• Supporting the client in resubmitting CO and tax refund.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma with minimum 2 years experience in the logistics industry or similar or extensive and relevant experience may be considered.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Can speak Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal relations ability, excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice.
• Excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards.
• Self motivated and lateral thinking.

Working location: Hanoi or Bac Giang
