JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our growing presales team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a strategic role where you’ll lead customer engagements, drive solution excellence, and collaborate across departments to support business growth.

• Support and guide a team of presales consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Take ownership of the F5 product line (BIG-IP, Advanced WAF, NGINX, Distributed Cloud Services), including enablement, solution design, PoCs, and technical support. You’ll be supported by vendor experts and internal resources.
• Represent company in customer engagements through technical presentations, demos, and solution architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Conduct partner training workshops and contribute to strategic initiatives that support company growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution architecture

• Hands-on experience with F5 technologies is a strong advantage.
• Solid foundation in cybersecurity and networking (e.g., network security, cloud security, IAM, SIEM/SOAR).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A growth mindset and willingness to take on broader leadership responsibilities.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
