Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesperson with specialized experience in Channel/Retail sales and Project management within the networking hardware industry. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth through effective management of channel partners, retail outlets, and successful execution of networking hardware projects. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To wins, maintains and expands relationships with assigned SMB.
  • To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • To meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • To manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • To ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • To drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners and completes partner accounts plans that meet company standards.
  • To organize tradeshows, training and product launching for partners and end users.
  • To provides monthly reporting of Sell through report.
  • Monitoring competitor’s activities include price, products, and programs in SMB channels.
  • To prepare and implementing Loyalty Programs for Partners.
  • o assist the Marketing Department in implementing marketing collateral and suggest ideas for the Company development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in Channel/Retail sales and Project management within the networking hardware industry.
  • Solid understanding of networking hardware products such as routers, switches, access points, etc., and their applications in projects.
  • At least 3-year experience in channel sales management, business development, working with distributors, resellers, and value-added resellers. (Prior system integrator /surveillance project work experience in either local market is critical).
  • Responsible for P&L Management and result driven.
  • Excellent organizational skills, proactive with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English – verbal, written to include writing and group presentation.
  • Speaking in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Ideally, hold Cisco accreditation i.e. CCDP, CCNP or CCIE Level.
