Senior Real Estate Image & Video Editor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is an innovative SaaS platform transforming how real estate content is created and managed. We bring together sellers, agents, photographers, and editors in one seamless workspace. From creation to publishing, everything happens in one place, making collaboration faster, smarter, and more intuitive

In this role, you will be responsible for editing high‑quality images and videos that showcase real estate at its best. Your key responsibilities will include:

•           Edit Real Estate Images and Videos: Edit real estate images using professional editing software accordning to instructions. Ensure output meets quality standards and deadlines in collaboration with the team.

•           Collaborate and Communicate Effectively: Work closely with project managers and real estate partners to understand creative briefs and deliver results that match client expectations. Take and give instructions clearly in both English and Vietnamese.

•           Leverage AI and Tech Tools: Integrate and experiment with new AI image and video editing workflows and tools, helping the team stay ahead of industry trends.

•           Contribute to Process Development: Proactively identify opportunities to improve editing workflows, introduce new styles and processes, and optimize turnaround time.

•           Lead and Mentor: Take on a leadership role to train, manage, and support new editors, setting quality and workflow standards.

•           Quality Check: Responsible for ensuring that the final edited images/videos meet quality standards before they are delivered to the client. Make revisions based on client or team leader feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We’re looking for an experienced creative professional who can refine our visual content and help shape our editing team. The ideal candidate will have:

•           Experienced Editor: From 5 years of experience in real estate image and/or video editing.

•           Bilingual Communicator: Strong written and spoken English and Vietnamese to work effectively with both local and international teams.

•           Tech-Savvy & AI Curious: Excited to learn and adopt new AI tools and editing workflows.

•           Detail-Oriented & Creative: Keen eye for composition, lighting, and realistic image enhancement. A strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.

•           Proactive Problem Solver: Takes ownership, works independently, and constantly looks for better ways to achieve great results.

•           Collaborative Leader: Comfortable working with teams and open to leading and teaching others as the role grows.

•           Real Estate Market Awareness: Interest in following real estate marketing trends and style expectations.

•           Preferred: A strong personal network in the real estate image editing industry in Vietnam.

Technical Knowledge

For this role, deep knowledge in professional imaging and video tools is essential. We expect the candidate to have expertise in the following areas:

Image Editing

•           Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom (retouching, blending, corrections, batch processing).

•           Skilled in HDR, sky replacement, and object removal techniques.

Video Editing

•           Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, or Adobe Premiere Pro.

•           Experience with color grading, stabilization, and motion graphics.

•           Ability to optimize videos for web, social media, and marketing use.

Systems Knowledge

•           Comfortable on Mac or Windows; basic troubleshooting skills.

•           Understanding of monitor calibration and color accuracy.
