Senior Engineer (Electrical)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Purpose

Take responsibility for the design, verification, troubleshooting, and technical management of production equipment and electrical systems to support new product introduction and mass production with high quality and high reliability

Key Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the installation, verification, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automatic machines at OEM / ODM / EMS partners.

- Inspect and review the design and construction of production lines and automation systems.

- Develop, prepare, evaluate, and verify production equipment, jigs, fixtures, and electrical testing systems.

- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues related to production equipment and products.

- Support validation and debugging of BLE, EMR, sensor systems, and communication circuits during development and mass production stages.

- Coordinate with internal and external teams by providing technical support during development, trial runs, and production ramp-up.

- Predict and manage design risks related to mechanisms, electrical systems, electronic components, and materials.

- Analyze quality anomalies and implement corrective actions and improvement plans.

- Support continuous improvement activities for manufacturing quality, productivity, and automation efficiency.

- Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.

- Strong background in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering is highly preferred.

- Experience in electrical circuit analysis and troubleshooting is highly preferred.

- Familiar with BLE, EMR, sensor systems, communication interfaces, and electronic signal analysis.

- Experience with electrical debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, or signal analyzers is preferred.

- Electrical design engineer background is preferred.

- Familiar with manufacturing environments, with 3 years or more experience in engineering, automation, or quality management within electronic or mechanical industries.

- Fluent English OR Japanese communication skills in both speaking and writing. Japanese is preferred.

- Good Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and related reporting tools.

- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, multitasking, and technical coordination skills.

- Good teamwork and communication skills to support collaboration among multiple functions and overseas partners.

- High motivation, strong sense of responsibility, self-discipline, and willingness to learn.
