JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in the footwear industry. This role is responsible for supporting the sales process by following up on customer orders and coordinating product deliveries from the factory. You will be a key link between the customer, sales team, and factory to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
All travel expenses are covered
- Follow up on customer orders for footwear products from order confirmation through to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the factory to track production schedules and ensure timely shipment.
- Update customers on order status, production progress, and estimated delivery timelines.
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders, packing lists, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Work with logistics teams and shipping agents to arrange deliveries and ensure accurate export documentation.
- Monitor and update internal systems with order and shipment information.
- Support the sales team with general administrative tasks and customer communication.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales support, order management, or logistics in the footwear or apparel industry is preferred.
- Good understanding of the footwear production process and export logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
