JOB DESCRIPTION:
Remote job.
- Oversee end-to-end production planning and scheduling across multiple factories
- Coordinate with our sales team on order intake, timelines, and delivery
- Manage sample development through to bulk production
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with brand-specific requirements
- Liaise with factories on capacity, lead times, and production status updates
- Handle production issues, delays, and corrective actions as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience working with factories in Vietnam and supply chain in China
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and general production tracking tools
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
