JOB DESCRIPTION:

Production Planning

  • Develop production plans in accordance with technical processes, orders, and assigned schedules;
  • Balance the production capacity of the factory and proactively propose solutions to improve the utilization rate of machinery and manpower;
  • Implement production plans, organize daily work assignments for teams and employees in the workshop to ensure optimal use of machinery and labor;
  • Supervise and inspect factory teams to ensure production is carried out in accordance with technical processes, meeting quality and progress requirements.

Human Resource Management

  • Develop CCTC diagrams, establish a list of job titles;
  • Describe the job duties of personnel positions in the Garment Factory Block;
  • Manage and develop the team of workers and employees to meet the requirements, functions, and tasks;
  • Review and identify the quantity and quality of human resource needs, propose recruitment;
  • Train, coach, and instruct employees;
  • Encourage, motivate, remind, and propose rewards based on employee performance and factory regulations.

Quality Management System Maintenance

  • Maintain and improve the quality management system to reduce product defect rates and increase the efficiency of material, machinery, and labor utilization;
  • Provide guidance and solutions to technical issues arising during the production and processing of garments.

Machinery and Equipment Management

  • Organize the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment;
  • Summarize and report on the factory's equipment and machinery system, and propose procurement and repair plans.

Production Technology Management

  • Research and update new production techniques and methods.

Budget Management

  • Develop, manage, and control the budget/expenses of the Garment Factory Block.

Documentation and Procedure Management

  • Develop a system of documents, regulations, rules, and professional procedures for the Garment Factory Block;
  • Train, guide the implementation and control of implementation, propose improvements to documents to suit the actual situation.

Other Responsibilities

  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the Company's Board of Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduated from College or higher majoring in Production Management, Garment Major or other related majors;
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a Production Management position or equivalent. Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of apparel, leather goods, leather shoes, and high-end handbags;
  • Good in English. Chinese communication is an advantage;
  • Understand garment machinery and equipment, master processes, ISO standards and system management;
  • Good planning, work implementation and work supervision skills;
  • Ability to lead, train, coach and motivate employees;
  • Skillful communication and good conflict-handling skills
