JOB DESCRIPTION:
Category: Purchasing & Inventory Planning
Warehouse and Logistics Controlling
Job description:
1. Purchasing and Inventory Planning:
- Cooperate with Sale/ sale support team to get customer demand forecast, analyze to understand the trend, verify the reason of fluctuation
- Get quotation from factories, negotiate price and relating terms
- Issue purchasing order to factories, control purchasing price, prepare standard stock, safety stock following purchasing budget
- Mornitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers
- Work closely with supplier for every purchasing/ delivery/ quality issue,
2. Warehouse and Logistics Controlling
- Cooperate with logistics agency for all related documents, procedures, process for import and export (HS code, tax rate,CO, customs clearance…)
- Follow up together with logistics agency to finish import-export procedure in time and efficiently
- Finding suitable forwarder, Control relating fee/cost
- Supervise/instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound and outbound, and proper warehouse operation
3. Other task as to be assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong education background with at least a Bachelor's Degree, major in Economy and Business Adminitrative is preferable
- Two years and above of relating experience
- Good communication skills (writing and speaking) in English. - Good work ethics,capacity to learn and adapt to changing at work
- Careful and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy
- Positive-minded, strong in organizing, good skill of time management
