JOB DESCRIPTION:
The responsibilities for Pen Solution Engineer include mechanical design and development of Digital Stylus (OEM) Products in Vietnam, through product design, prototyping, engineering trail and mass production, ensuring the products that achieve cost, schedule, reliability and regulatory goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal engineering team to develop, implement, analysis, documentation and testing of complex mechanical parts and assemblies. Analyze critical areas of design with use of appropriate tools.
- Providing the on-site support to ensure the final design meets quality and cost goals, and achieves specifications of reliability, manufacturability, and functionality.
- Partner with QA team/EMS/Suppliers to ensure our designs are optimized for mass production
- Resolve Design and Production issues/challenges.
- Launch the development and qualification of plastic tooling, CNC, metal processing including design debug.
- Complete other tasks assigned from the line managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, and major in Mechanical.
- Good technical knowledge of mechanical engineering, product design, and design for manufacturing.
- 3D CAD modelling skills. (CREO)
- Creative and self-motivated.
- English communication.
- Good office skills at Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Result oriented, a team player, good communication and coordination skills which can support build interactions among multiple functions.
- Sense of responsibility, self-discipline & wiling to learn
