JOB DESCRIPTION:
Marketing tasks
- Perform market assessments to identify market dynamics, regulations and other external factors influencing demand.
- Support and coordinate market and competitive intelligence efforts to provide timely and actionable business intelligence.
- Identify gaps in marketing offer and prepare business cases to bridge these gaps
- Support the development of the Vietnamese offer of company’ solutions to create value for customer base.
- Liaise with communications department to organize customer events and create marketing content such as brochures (digital and print), web content, videos and other collateral.
Admin tasks
- In liaison with other administrators in other Branch to support company’s traveller to the Country when there is due diligence trip, site visit, meetings if any.
- Responsible for office petty cash and manage office supplies (stationery, coffee, etc.); meeting room booking, guest receiving.
- Support for submission of documents for signing, sealing such as visa application documents, FARO, etc.
- Receive and deliver documents, goods.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing
- Proven work experience in marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
- Solid understanding of research techniques.
- Attention to detail.
- Perfectly fluent in written and spoken English.
