General Information

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Work close together with our logistics colleagues in Switzerland, Bulgaria, and Hong Kong
  • Responsible to receive and prepare original documents, who are to be released to customers upon internal approval
  • Communicate with our clients in Vietnam (backup office)
  • Support our commercial colleagues in the Vietnam office
  • In the future this role can evolve to more tasks:
  • Coordinate shipping and document instructions to sourcing offices
  • Check docs copy, organize amendments with related teams
  • Send approved document copies to customers
  • Input data in Oracle

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Languages: English & Vietnamese, written and spoken (fluently) is a must, each additional language is welcome
  • Logistics education or background
  • Commercial mindset is a plus
  • Be able to be resistant under pressure
  • Be a hard working individual, but able to work in a team
  • Be willing to improve position and work capabilities
  • Be a proactive team player with great attention to details
  • Have problem solving attitude, solution-oriented approach
  • Have positive and balanced personality, loyal, honest and flexible
  • Have good computer skills MS Office, possibly Oracle
