Junior Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Social Media Support & Content Creation:

●       Assist the Senior Marketing Specialist in managing and developing Beato Vietnam and Beato Singapore’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with 3-5 posts per week.

●       Work closely with the photographer and content creator to create brand-aligned and viral content.

●       Assist in the development of engaging EDMs for Beato Singapore using MailChimp.

●       Support the creation of content for various campaigns (giveaways, games, trivia, etc.) and schedule posts.

Campaign Execution & Monitoring:

●       Support the execution of influencer partnerships and collaborations with lifestyle brands.

●       Monitor social media inquiries and collaborate with the production team to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

●       Help with basic design work for social media content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Customer Engagement & Market Insights:

●       Monitor customer feedback and engagement on social media platforms and provide insights to the Senior Marketing Specialist.

●       Assist in conducting market research to stay updated on floral and e-commerce trends in Vietnam.

SEO & Content Optimization:

●       Help optimize content for social media and website posts to ensure higher visibility and engagement.

Website & Content Updates:

●       Assist with updating content on the website and product descriptions to maintain brand consistency

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

●       Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), content creation, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

●       Basic understanding of e-commerce marketing, particularly in the Hanoi market.

●       A creative mindset with a passion for learning and developing new skills in marketing.

●       Strong communication skills in Vietnamese, with conversational proficiency in English.

●       Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Senior Marketing Specialist and other team members
