JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Purpose:
Take the responsibilities on the design and construction of the production lines specially on the equipment and tools, to ensure the new product and the mass production with the high-quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the automatic machine for the production at OEM/ ODM/ EMS partners.
- Inspect the design and construction of the production lines.
- Develop, prepare, and verify the production equipment and tools, such as jigs and fixtures.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams by providing necessary technical support during the development and trial stage.
- Predict and manage the design risk of the important components including mechanism and materials.
- Analyze the quality anomaly and work on the solutions.
- Complete other tasks assigned from the line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, and major in Electronic or Mechanical is preferred.
- Solid knowledge in resin forming, metal stamping, silicon forming and mold design.
- Familiar with production, 3 years or more experience in engineering or quality management in electronic or mechanical industry.
- Fluent English OR Japanese in oral and writing, which can be as the working language, Japanese is preferred.
- Good office skills at Microsoft office such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Result oriented, ability to multi-task, negotiation and problem-solving skills with partners.
- A team player, good communication and coordination skills which can support build interactions among multiple functions.
- High motivation, sense of responsibility, self-discipline & willing to learn.
