JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Handle the issues and bottlenecks detected in fleet operations:

• Fleet’s performance and expenses

• Budgets and major purchases

• Plans and sets fleet-level targets and costs of fleet operations

Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits

2. Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency

Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency.

Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.

3. Monitoring FLT drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices

Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress

Scheduling regular maintenance on all Forklifts

4. Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection

Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules

5. Managing FLT drivers so they adhere to strict schedules

Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency

Developing efficient fleet management schedules to maximize profits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualifications: Degree in technicial or accounting or logistics

Work Experience: 2+ years of Experience in the equipment industry.

Knowledge: Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. Outstanding organizational skills

Skills: Quantitative ability.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Working hours: from 8:00-11:30/ 12:30-16:30 from Monday to Friday/ Saturday alternative.
