JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Checking the docs (including: Commercial invoice, packing list, Sales contract, Certificate of origin, Importing and exporting license, and other docs that essential for doing customs clearance).
- Requiring client to provide all information about the cargo (including: name of goods, spec, dimension, material ,…).
- Preparing the data to submit draft customs declaration sheet and send this draft to customer for checking.
- Submitting the final customs declaration sheet to the state customs system.
- Sending the final customs declaration sheet to the client for tax duty.
- Sending the final customs declaration sheet to others operation team for processing next step.
- After the customs officers approve that customs declaration sheet, send the customs clearance sheet to the client.
- Supporting the client in resubmitting CO and tax refund.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from University/College with related fields.
- Good at English.
- Customs declaration certificates
- Have experience in customs declaration and state policies on import and export and goods.
