JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide technical support to our customer in Vietnam. Mainly for products applications ensuring, SOP setup, support onsite product validation and possible trouble shooting.
- Communicates with our customers (through meetings, production line survey, exhibitions and con calls etc…), understands customer’s needs and recommends the best suitable adhesive solutions to our customers.
- Responsible for customized adhesive product’s applications and provide technical training to our customers.
- Reports quality issues and customer complaint to related departments, work as a group for continuous product improvement.
- Works with equipment suppliers and internal equipment experts to provide total solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes.
- Designs the laboratory experiments for customer’s parts bonding validation and reports technical results to customers.
- Effective communicates with business, product development and production team to manage project progress to fulfil customer’s schedule.
- Base in Vietnam, support customer technical activities covering SEA regions .
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical/Mechanical/Electronic/Materials Engineering or equivalent is required.
- Basic knowledge of physical testing and chemical analysis instruments for adhesive products.
- Experience in adhesive application in consumer electronic field is preferred but not a must.
- Experience in field/application engineer, at least 2 years experience is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office is preferred.
- Good language skills in Mandarin and English are required, fluent in local language.
- Able to work individually and under pressure to meet project tight schedules.
- Frequent travel is required.
