General Information

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Financial Management & Order Tracking:

- Oversee financial records, including tracking expenses, handling invoices, and monitoring cash flow.

- Ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and accurately, including overseeing order status and delivery timelines.

- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial records are up-to-date and accurate.

Inventory Management:

- Track inventory levels of products, packaging, and floral supplies to ensure the business operates smoothly.

- Monitor stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and coordinate the receipt and storage of materials.

- Ensure inventory records are maintained accurately and consistently.

Customer Inquiries & Support:

- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.

- Provide customers with product information, order updates, and assist with any post-purchase inquiries or issues.

- Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining files, processing reports, and handling various office duties.

- Assist with the preparation of documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and other necessary paperwork.

- Ensure smooth office operations by performing clerical tasks and maintaining office organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience in administration or office management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

- Strong understanding of finance management, inventory tracking, and order processing.

- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with fluency in both preferred.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, etc.).

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
